Our client seeks a sales executive to join its team to generate revenue and expand the customer base.

 

Job Summary

As a sales executive, you will be critical in generating revenue for our client. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software platform.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company and network with potential clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity and pipeline records in our CRM system.

  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and market trends to help inform product development.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the commercial appraisal industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as needed – 10%
