Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential agent freight brokers to work with our company. You will leverage your industry knowledge and connections to identify potential candidates, engage with them, and build relationships to bring them on board.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The client offers a competitive commission structure that rewards successful recruiters for their hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities

Utilize your existing contacts and network to identify potential candidates for the role of agent freight broker

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates

Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the role

Work with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the logistics and freight industry

A proven track record of identifying and recruiting top talent

A strong network of contacts in the logistics and freight industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
