Job Description

Our client seeks a highly experienced and driven CFO to join its team and provide financial leadership and strategic direction for the agency. As a CFO, you oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the agency's growth and profitability.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the agency's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the agency's growth and profitability.

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the executive team

• Provide guidance and support to department heads on financial matters

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including accounting firms and insurance companies

• Oversee the agency's accounting and bookkeeping functions

• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a digital agency or similar industry

• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices

• Experience developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals

• Experience with financial systems and software, such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel

• CPA certification is a plus
