Implementation Field Operations Engineer

 

Job Overview

Our client is a Compliant Hosting and Data Protection Company seeking an Implementation Field Operations Engineer to support the deployment and implementation of the hosting and data protection solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the clients to ensure that their systems are properly installed, configured, and integrated with our solutions. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their hosting and data protection requirements and ensure that our solutions are implemented to meet their needs.

• Install, configure, and integrate our hosting and data protection solutions with clients' systems.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation process, including network connectivity, server configuration, and software compatibility.

• Work with the sales team to ensure the client's satisfaction with the implementation process and our solutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve solutions.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience implementing hosting and data protection solutions for clients.

• Strong knowledge of Linux, virtualization, and networking technologies.

• Experience with cloud computing, data protection technologies, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
