Our client is a leading fintech company in the world located in KC, changing how firms finance their operations. They continually seek exceptional salespeople who are tenacious in pursuing new clients and contacting them. Many of the leads are current clients using their early pay platform solution, so they are no strangers to this firm. However, expanding beyond warm to cold calls is imperative, and the ones who can truly thrive making lots of money. 


What You Will Do

  • Daily prospecting and building rapport with current & non-current networks of vendors or suppliers. 

  • Influence client decisions and advocate for their needs to drive solutions that work for the client and the firm. 

  • Responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with businesses seeking to improve their financial position for all products beyond the early pay markets

  • Manage multi-media channels (e.g., digital presentations, outbound & inbound calls, email, and chat) to acquire new clients within our network of businesses.

  • Traveling once a month to meet prospects

  • Traveling once a quarter to network events

  • Analyze Salesforce reports


Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or relationship management


Bonus Points 

  • Experience selling to business owners and operators

  • Experience selling in diverse contexts, including phone sales, digital presentation, and face-to-face

  • Experience leading or participating in Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Experience documenting sales activities in CRM systems

  • Experience selling credit facilities, i.e., Asset-Based Credit lines and Factoring services
