What You Will Do

  • Set in motion your sales business plan and deliver on it.

  • Grow your pipeline and manage the sales cycle.

  • Help Marketing create new product/service offerings.

  • Assists Marketing lead generation through campaign-specific activities to ensure the effectiveness of the identified marketing effort.

  • Build strong client relationships, allowing you to identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell.

  • Provide professional after-sales support, including responding to and resolving customer complaints.

  • Develop reports, proposals, and other business correspondence.

  • Reviews and approves client invoices for accuracy and completeness.

  • Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and company events where customers and prospects are present.

  • Acts in a stewardship capacity for the Company, works as a functional member of the team, can self-direct and self-regulate work-day;

Experiences, Skills, and Attributes to Be Successful

  • 4 years plus selling, with at least 2 years selling software solutions

  • Experience selling document imaging, management, and workflow solutions, is a plus.

  • Experience working directly with customers face-to-face and cross-functional teams.

  • You are a self-starter who can create and execute plans with minimal supervision.

  • You are an excellent problem solver and can find solutions using an external network with minimal supervision.

  • You show excellent customer service skills to all people, regardless of level inside or outside of the Company

  • You have effective, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • You build alliances to solve problems and achieve objectives by sharing knowledge and information

  • You collaborate and work well with ambiguity.
