Compensation (*)  

1-2 years sales exp: $65K and 80-90K OTE

2-3 years sales exp: $72K and 90-100K OTE

4-5 years sales exp: $85K and 115-130K OTE

Overview

The company, our client, Replica, spun out of Google/Alphabet in 2019, is an enterprise data platform that delivers critical insights about the built brick-and-mortar environment. Imagine the data captured by Google via the apps on your phone to form a platform to give businesses insight. Replica enables clients to make better people-centered decisions, whether a city planner increases public transit to underserved neighborhoods or a grocery chain opens a new location. The Replica is a team of 60 employees in Kansas City, Oakland, and NY with funding from Founders Fund, Innovation Endeavors, Sidewalk Labs, Firebrand Ventures, and Revolution's Rise of the Rest Seed Fund.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own a sales target for net new customers acquired in the Partner Market. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our data platform to communicate with all buyer types (technical, executive, users)

  • Build and execute lead generation strategies to create and maintain the appropriate pipeline coverage ratio.

  • Execute data-driven sales processes through the pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.

  • Build relationships and drive awareness throughout a network of Partner Accounts. 

  • Collaborate with other roles within the shared territory to create and execute a territory plan to exceed bookings' goals.

  • Understand future customer needs and requirements, organizational structure, key decision-makers, and procurement processes and facilitate meetings by phone, video, webinar, and in-person.

 

Skills and Experiences to be Successful

  • 2+ years working in any of the following industries: 

  • SaaS sales with a sales quota

  • SaaS business development within an Architecture/Engineering consulting firm 

  • Sales or Business Development with Big Data products/solutions 

  • Salesforce

  • Understanding of the transportation industry

  • Existing or previous working relationships with AEC firms

  • Working with products or services related to the built environment (engineering, architecture, construction, etc.) and understanding sophisticated and highly technical software and data products
