Director of Strategic Partnerships
Base up to 160; OTE 240-270K - Equity Negotiable

Reporting to the SVP of Partnerships, Allison Baker, the new Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, will:

Identify, sign, and grow partnerships with technology platforms and channel partners (ex: SIs, VARs, advisory firms, etc.)

Drive prospective partners from concept through negotiation, contract, development, launch, and expansion

Manage existing partners and identify opportunities for expansion and growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, finance, and legal to develop new partner value propositions & commercial models

Work closely with the C2FO product, engineering, and user experience teams to inform the roadmap and build best-in-class partner extensibility tech (ex: APIs, SDKs, ERP applications)

Keep abreast of the evolving global B2B finance, working capital, lending, and payments landscapes to identify new partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications:

4 plus years of strategic product partnerships or channel/ecosystem business development experience

Experience with various types of structures and models, particularly API-based product partnerships and SI/reseller channel expansion

Strong business development and negotiation skills with proven ability to drive partnerships from concept through contract, launch, and expansion

Strong business case development and financial modeling/scenario planning skills

Passion for working closely with product and engineering teams

Creative thinker who can collaborate deeply with the product, marketing, user experience, and partner teams to develop compelling experiences and tightly integrated joint value propositions

A self-starter with the ability to excel in a dynamic, white space, and fast-moving startup environment

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions and levels, both internally and with partners

B2B fintech, SMB lending, payments, and M&A experience a plus
