Overview

Our client seeks a skilled Digital Account Executive to join its rapidly growing team. The position will lead SEM, Social, and SEO projects by establishing objectives, and project scope, designing and delivering solutions, and leading team members. This role will be responsible for maintaining the client relationship on assigned projects. Thus, extensive experience (3+) working with clients is a must. Hook onto a rapidly growing company that doubled in growth during COVID. All clients are word-of-mouth—super high client retention. Increase your value by getting a wide range of experiences working for a smaller company versus becoming a cog in the machinery of a big digital shop. The base salary depends on the level of experience and skills (3+ years experience), generally in the 65 to 80K range. Strong benefits. Hybrid remote, Overland Park office location, mostly remote.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters from assigned clients.

  • Collaborate with Web Development, SEO, Social Media, Content, and SEM team members.

  • You provide support with operational functions of the accounts, including tasks such as providing reporting dashboard, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project timelines.

  • Run client meetings where you share performance data, provide campaign feedback, and work on client changes.

  • Help create a digital marketing strategy with clients and monitor campaigns and internal teams to ensure it is executed as designed.

  • Troubleshoot client issues and provide Q&A support.

  • Project management work by external resources.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or a related field.

  • You have 3+ years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or a similar role in an agency environment.

  • You know digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Social, and SEO.

  • Experience developing website strategy and SEO best practices.

  • Experience creating project scopes by studying strategic business drivers; discovering business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from internal teams; developing and writing proposals.

  • You have a proven ability to act as a trusted partner and consultant to clients and business owners.
