Overview
Our client seeks an organized critical thinker to join its Account Service team as a Digital Account Coordinator. This position will work closely with their clients and internal team members and will play a vital role in driving this company's profitable growth and client success (small/medium client size). Hook onto a rapidly growing company that doubled in growth during COVID. All clients are word-of-mouth—super high client retention. Increase your value by getting a wide range of experiences working for a smaller company versus becoming a cog in the machinery of a big digital shop. The base salary depends on the level of experience and skills (entry to two years exp), generally in the 50-55K range. A possible career path is a Digital Account Manager making 65 to 75K. Responsibilities Include:

You maintain client relationships by providing service and responding to inquiries and concerns.

Support client-agency relationship by attending client meetings and supporting account leads where needed.

Assist in the day-to-day project management and strategy of digital campaigns such as SEM and Social Media.

Assist with updating and managing internal project management software.

Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, presentations, and other client communications and correspondence.

You measure, monitor, and report on performance metrics in a regular reporting cadence and occasional ad-hoc reporting.

Research and stay up to date on marketing and industry trends.

Assist with monitoring and responding to clients' online reviews.

Work closely with the content and social media teams to develop blogs, social posts, and other online content that accurately portrays clients' desired tone and voice.

Help manage project work from external resources.
Qualifications & Skills:

You have a Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, public relations, business administration, or a related field.

You have zero to two years of related work experience.

You have a basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, and Social Media Marketing,

You must have a genuine interest in digital marketing and be willing and eager to learn.

You like to learn and stay informed on the latest digital marketing and lead gen trends.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and execute solutions.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving – must be good with numbers and able to analyze data to tell a story.

You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
