Our client, RealQuantum is disrupting the commercial real estate appraisal process fraught with excel spreadsheets and multiple data sets. No software product can claim that it can increase individual and team productivity by up to 50% within 60 days, and that is why the firm's growth trajectory is ramping up fast. Therefore, RQ seeks an Account Executive with a high-integrity consultative approach to sell this SaaS platform to interested commercial real estate valuation professionals. What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform the full sales cycle from qualification through closed business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through consultative selling employing a challenger sale approach.

  • Communicate company value proposition and solution offering.

  • Rapidly engage with inbound leads and seek out more leads.

  • Leverage email outreach automation tools to engage prospects at scale.

  • Perform product demonstrations; prepare proposals and sales quotes.

  • Maintain robust weekly meetings and phone call activity to ensure a healthy pipeline.

  • Track opportunities, supply accurate forecasts, and report revenue in CRM.

  • Collaborate with departments to delight prospects and customers.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve our sales processes.

  • Constantly learning about our software, our competitors, and the commercial real estate market at large


Qualifications and Attributes to Achieve Success

  • You ideally have 2+ years of SaaS selling experience.

  • A huge bonus if you have a real estate background, especially knowledge of the appraisal process.

  • You will have a successful record of building new businesses and growing revenue with a passion for sales and a heart for service. 

  • You can use CRM, voice and video conferencing, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Pro, and lead capture tools effectively. 

  • You are highly skilled in giving virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes.

  • You consistently meet and exceed sales quota.

  • You know how to build and keep lasting, productive relationships with customers.

  • You have strong people skills and can convey and relate ideas to others.

  • You have a proven record of success in earlier market-facing roles.

  • You have solid written and verbal communication skills.
